FAQ
This document was created to provide you quick answers to our most common questions; such as how to access your email, updating your website with a new page, etc.

Note: In these instructions we use two specific terms, "your domain" and "your domain .com/.net".

- your domain: reflects your domains name without the .com or .net suffix,
use your login ID @ "your domain" when logging into email

- your domain .com/.net: reflects your domain name with the .com or .net suffix,
use mail."your domain .com/.net" when accessing your email login page

The two terms are needed as you use your login ID @ "your domain" when logging into email and you use mail."your domain .com/.net" when accessing your email login page

Front Page
NOTE: Be extremely careful when accessing a FrontPage web via FTP. It can be very easy to damage the FrontPage web and its server extensions, which may mean that you lose the ability to administrate it from FrontPage Explorer. To avoid problems like this, don't alter or delete files that are part of a FrontPage web, and don't delete, move, or alter directories ending in _vtf. These are FrontPage extensions. If possible, try to create your FrontPage webs in sub-directories of your root, such as http://www.yourdomain.com/home. This way, you can safely FTP into your root account to perform other tasks, and avoid interfering with the FrontPage webs.

1. Open your website in FrontPage.

2. Choose File on the menu bar, then select Publish FrontPage Web.

3. A Publish dialog box will open.

4. Type in ftp://www. "your domain .com/.net", example ftp://www.fssdomain.net.

Payment Policy

All invoices are net 15; payment can be made by check or online payment. Payments that are made past the due date are subject to a late charge equal to 5% of the total past due invoice or $20.00, whichever is greater. Once a client is past due their website login will be disabled limiting their access to make changes to their site. After a client is 30 days past due their website site and all email accounts will be disabled and for services to be reestablished the past due payment, late fees and 1 years of hosting must be paid in advance. We regret the need to implement such a policy, however we feel the costs to manage the additional administrative overhead to manage late payments should be covered only by those who do not pay their invoice on time.
